The Reveal of 1801

One year later, we are finally ready to reveal the fully renovated 1801 N Broadway. We are so proud in knowing that this home will be the heart of historic houses in Shawnee, Oklahoma. This has truly been a labor of love and we will forever be blessed by this opportunity.

Thank you to each and every one of you who rooted for us along the way!

I have linked the previous blogs for 1801 below if you need to catch up on how we got here, the history, and behind the design.

The Exterior

A true, quintessential, Queen Anne Farmhouse. Simply designed, yet so grand and stately all at the same time.

The Entry/Dining Room

These spaces set the tone of the entire home. From the first step you take inside, you are welcomed with character and beauty.

Living and Library

From a room that pours in natural light to the moodiest of all, these may be the most desired rooms of them all.

Downstairs Bath

Once the only bathroom in the house, this space exudes character with timeless materials that are just simply beautiful.

The Kitchen

This was definetely the biggest change in the house. By removing one wall, we was able to create working spaces that flow for modern day functionality. It is a complete dream, yet so simplistic.

Laundry Room

A space that can do it all, drenched in rich color and charm.

Guest Bath

A precious half bath designed to honor the past with a touch of color. Yellow was the main theme throughout the entire house when we purchased it.

Upstairs Bedrooms

Four bedrooms in total, each one filled with personality and historic touches.

Upstairs Primary Bath

Last but definitely not least, and perhaps the most dreamiest room of the entire house.
